Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our” and the “Company” refer to NBI Blockchain Association.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Services

We operate an online store through which customers may browse and purchase products and access related services, including:

  • Product information;
  • Online checkout;
  • Payment processing;
  • Order management;
  • Shipping and delivery;
  • Customer support;
  • Returns and refunds; and
  • Other ecommerce services made available through our website.

Certain technical, payment, shipping or other functions may be provided by third-party service providers.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement; or
  • You are using the Services with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

3. Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information;
  • Keeping your account information current;
  • Protecting your password and login credentials;
  • Preventing unauthorized use of your account; and
  • Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You should not share your password or other confidential authentication information with other persons.

We may take reasonable measures to protect account and transaction security.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other product information.

However, minor differences may occur due to:

  • Screen or display settings;
  • Manufacturing variations;
  • Product updates;
  • Packaging changes; or
  • Other reasonable technical factors.

We may correct errors or update product information where necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights relating to products that are defective, materially different from their description or otherwise non-conforming.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We may limit or discontinue products or product variants where reasonably necessary.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to:

  • Offer an alternative where appropriate;
  • Modify the order with your agreement; or
  • Cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

6. Prices

Product prices will be displayed through our online store.

The applicable:

  • Product price;
  • Currency;
  • Taxes where applicable;
  • Shipping charges where applicable; and
  • Final order total

will normally be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Prices may change from time to time.

A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is required by applicable law or in the case of an obvious pricing error.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The availability of a payment method may depend on factors including:

  • Customer location;
  • Currency;
  • Order value;
  • Product type; and
  • Payment provider availability.

Payment processing may be provided by independent payment service providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may delay or decline an order where payment:

  • Cannot be authorized;
  • Cannot be verified;
  • Appears unauthorized or fraudulent; or
  • Cannot legally be processed.

8. Order Placement

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order.

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.

We may need to verify:

  • Product availability;
  • Payment authorization;
  • Delivery information;
  • Order details; or
  • Other information reasonably necessary to process the transaction.

9. Order Acceptance

An order is generally accepted when we confirm that it can be processed and fulfilled.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to reject or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • A clear pricing or listing error;
  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • Invalid or incomplete delivery information;
  • Technical errors;
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
  • Other circumstances preventing lawful fulfilment.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

hansen@nbi.ku.dk

We will try to assist where reasonably possible.

However, once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you.

11. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible destinations where shipping is made available during checkout.

Orders are generally processed within approximately 1–2 business days after successful placement and confirmation.

Estimated shipping time is generally approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

These periods are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Public holidays;
  • Customs processing;
  • Severe weather;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Incorrect delivery details; or
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The supplied reference material uses the same 1–2 business day processing period and approximately 5–7 business day post-dispatch delivery estimate.

12. Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment information may be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Tracking information may include:

  • Carrier name;
  • Tracking number;
  • Tracking link; and
  • Dispatch information.

Tracking information may require some time after dispatch before becoming active.

13. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Please check carefully:

  • Recipient name;
  • Street address;
  • House or apartment number;
  • Postal code;
  • City;
  • Country; and
  • Contact information.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Where permitted by law, additional costs resulting directly from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

14. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, please first review any available tracking information.

Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer law.

15. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Our current policy includes a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.

Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may also have an applicable 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.

These statutory rights operate independently of the voluntary return policy. The reference materials similarly distinguish the voluntary 30-day return period from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

For complete information concerning:

  • Return eligibility;
  • Return requests;
  • Return shipping;
  • Damaged products;
  • Incorrect products;
  • Refund timing; and
  • Statutory withdrawal rights,

please review our Return and Refund Policy.

16. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective product;
  • A product damaged during delivery;
  • An incorrect product; or
  • An order with missing components,

please contact us promptly and provide your order number and appropriate supporting information.

Supporting information may include photographs or videos where reasonably necessary to verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate solution may include:

  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Return; or
  • Refund.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

17. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable consumer protection law gives you rights that are more favorable than these Terms, the mandatory legal rights will apply.

This includes applicable rights concerning:

  • Product conformity;
  • Defective goods;
  • Delivery;
  • Cancellation;
  • Withdrawal;
  • Returns; and
  • Refunds.

18. Acceptable Use

You may use our website and Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our website or systems;
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
  • Interfere with website security or operation;
  • Attempt to circumvent checkout or security measures;
  • Use automated systems to disrupt our Services;
  • Misrepresent your identity;
  • Submit false or fraudulent orders;
  • Infringe the rights of another person; or
  • Use our Services in violation of applicable law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our systems or our legal rights.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content made available through our website, including:

  • Text;
  • Graphics;
  • Logos;
  • Product presentation;
  • Website layouts;
  • Photographs;
  • Videos; and
  • Other content

may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us, our licensors or other rights holders.

You may use website content for normal personal shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or materially modify protected content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

20. Customer Content

Where our Services allow you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

You must not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful;
  • Is fraudulent or misleading;
  • Infringes intellectual property rights;
  • Violates another person's privacy;
  • Contains malicious software; or
  • Is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

We may remove content where reasonably necessary for legal, security or operational reasons.

21. Third-Party Services

Certain elements of our Services may depend on third parties, including:

  • Shopify or other ecommerce technology providers;
  • Payment providers;
  • Delivery companies;
  • Hosting providers;
  • Analytics services;
  • Customer support platforms; and
  • Other technical service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

22. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to independent third-party websites.

A link does not necessarily mean that we control or endorse the third-party website.

You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using their services or providing information.

23. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed where necessary to:

  • Process orders;
  • Receive payments;
  • Arrange delivery;
  • Provide customer service;
  • Process returns and refunds;
  • Prevent fraud; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

These purposes are reflected in the supplied privacy-policy reference.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

24. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to our Services but cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical error.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Software updates;
  • Hosting issues;
  • Network failures;
  • Security incidents;
  • Third-party service interruptions; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where possible, we may modify, suspend or restore Services as reasonably necessary.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website and online Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Website access will always be uninterrupted;
  • Every technical error will immediately be corrected; or
  • Every third-party service will always remain available.

This section does not exclude any statutory warranty, consumer guarantee or mandatory right relating to products purchased from us.

26. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, we will not be responsible for losses that:

  • Were not reasonably foreseeable;
  • Result from misuse of the Services;
  • Result from information incorrectly supplied by the customer;
  • Result solely from an independent third-party service outside our reasonable control; or
  • Result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any limitation in these Terms remains subject to mandatory consumer protection law.

27. Fraud and Security

We may use reasonable measures to prevent:

  • Unauthorized transactions;
  • Identity misuse;
  • Payment fraud;
  • Account abuse; and
  • Other suspicious activity.

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

  • Review an order;
  • Request additional confirmation;
  • Temporarily delay processing;
  • Reject a suspicious transaction; or
  • Cancel an unauthorized order.

These measures are intended to protect customers and our Services.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time because of:

  • Changes in applicable law;
  • Regulatory requirements;
  • Changes to our Services;
  • Changes to payment or delivery arrangements;
  • Technology updates;
  • Security requirements; or
  • Changes to our business operations.

The current version will be published through our online store.

Changes will normally apply from the date the updated Terms are published and will not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable mandatory law.

29. Governing Rules and Disputes

These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory protection available under the law that applies to them.

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning an order or our Services, please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly may be submitted to an appropriate competent court, consumer dispute-resolution body or other authority as provided by applicable law.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

The affected provision will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our applicable:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Return and Refund Policy;
  • Shipping and Delivery Policy;
  • Payment Policy; and
  • Other policies displayed through our store

form the terms governing your use of our Services and purchases from us.

If mandatory law conflicts with any provision of these policies, mandatory law will prevail.
